At PreSonus, we stand behind the quality of our audio gear and want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select 'Request Return' to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Gear

Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the hardware is securely padded for transit.

Ship to PreSonus

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
